This Privacy Policy describes how RIZUHLT LLC, d/b/a WisePal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our services. We are committed to transparency about our data practices.

WisePal.AI is a static website with no backend database. This has significant implications for your privacy: we do not store user accounts, session data, or personal profiles on our own servers. Data flows are limited to the third-party services described below.

What we collect directly:

• Contact form submissions: When you complete our contact or consultation request forms, your name, email address, and message are transmitted via EmailJS directly to our inbox. This data is not stored in any database we control — it is delivered as an email.
• Voice interaction data: If you use our voice demo features (powered by ElevenLabs), audio is processed by ElevenLabs' servers per their privacy policy. We do not retain audio recordings.

What we do NOT collect:

• We do not maintain user accounts or registration data.
• We do not store payment information (no e-commerce on this site).
• We do not run a backend database that persists personal data.
• We do not collect biometric data or sensitive personal information.

Data collected automatically:

• Hosting analytics: Vercel, our hosting provider, may collect server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring URL, and page visit timestamps for operational purposes.
• Browser data: Standard browser-transmitted data such as device type, operating system, and language preferences may be logged by infrastructure services.

WisePal.AI incorporates AI-powered features including a chat assistant and voice interface. The following applies to those interactions:

• Chat interactions: The on-site AI chat widget processes your messages to generate responses. Conversations are not stored in a database we control. Session data exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of your visit.
• Third-party AI processing: AI features may route queries through third-party AI APIs. Those services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models without explicit consent.
• No persistent AI memory: We do not build profiles of individual users based on AI interactions. Each session is treated as independent.

Information collected through the Service is used solely for:

• Responding to inquiries and consultation requests you initiate.
• Delivering AI-powered features you actively engage with during your visit.
• Monitoring and improving site performance and reliability.
• Complying with legal obligations.
• Protecting the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your prior consent.

WisePal.AI relies on the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data practices:

• EmailJS — Processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Data is transmitted via EmailJS' infrastructure. See emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel — Hosts the WisePal.AI website and its static assets. May collect edge network logs. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• ElevenLabs — Powers AI voice features. Voice input is processed on ElevenLabs' servers. See elevenlabs.io/privacy.

We select third-party services that maintain reasonable data protection standards, but we cannot guarantee the privacy practices of external services. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

WisePal.AI does not deploy first-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The site may use the following limited browser storage:

• Theme preference: A localStorage entry to remember your light/dark mode selection. This data never leaves your device.
• Session state: Temporary in-memory state for interactive features (chat, voice). Cleared when you close your browser tab.
• Third-party cookies: Services like Vercel may set functional cookies as part of their infrastructure. These are limited to operational purposes.

You can manage or clear cookies and localStorage through your browser's settings. Disabling all storage may affect interactive features.

Because WisePal.AI is a static site with no backend database, most data is not retained by us at all. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions are retained only as emails in our business inbox, subject to standard email retention practices. We retain business correspondence for a minimum of two years.
• Server logs held by Vercel are subject to Vercel's retention policies (typically 30–90 days).
• Browser-side data (theme preference, session state) persists only in your browser and is under your direct control.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• CCPA (California): Right to know what personal information is collected, right to delete, right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination for exercising rights.
• GDPR (EU/EEA): Right to access, right to rectification, right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), right to restrict processing, right to data portability, and right to object.
• All users: You may request that we delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through the Service, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data incident involving personal information we hold, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

WisePal.AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
