Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RIZUHLT LLC d/b/a WisePal.ai, a Texas limited liability company (“WisePal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit WisePal.ai or use its website features.

The public site is primarily made up of pre-rendered pages hosted by Vercel. It also uses limited server-side endpoints for optional chat, audio, and access-controlled materials. The website does not currently use an application database to create visitor accounts or profiles.

The information processed depends on the feature you choose to use:

• Contact forms: If a contact form is available and you submit it, the name, email address, selected inquiry type, and message you enter are sent through EmailJS and delivered to a WisePal business inbox. The site does not write that submission to a WisePal database.
• AI chat: Text you enter, together with a limited amount of recent chat context, is sent to a WisePal endpoint hosted on Vercel and then to OpenRouter to generate a response. The visible conversation is held in browser memory while the page is open; the site does not write it to a WisePal database.
• Narrated audio: If you select a narrated story, the selected WisePal story text is sent through a Vercel endpoint to ElevenLabs to generate audio. The currently exposed story control does not collect a microphone recording from you.
• Hosting and request data: Vercel and network infrastructure may process IP address, requested URL, date and time, referring page, browser or device information, and similar request metadata to deliver, secure, and operate the site.
• Access-controlled materials: Certain private pages may process an access token, set a functional access cookie, and record access metadata in Vercel runtime logs. Where a private page asks you to identify yourself, that submitted name may also be included in the access log.

The website does not currently maintain public user accounts, process payments, or provide a database-backed vulnerability-report intake system.

We use information processed through the site to:

• Respond to inquiries and engagement requests you initiate.
• Provide the chat or narrated-audio feature you choose to use.
• Deliver and control access to private materials.
• Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the website.
• Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

The current site uses the following providers for the functions described:

• EmailJS transmits contact-form submissions to our business inbox. See EmailJS's privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the website, serves its pages and assets, runs its server endpoints, and provides operational logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• OpenRouter processes prompts submitted to the optional AI chat to generate responses. See OpenRouter's privacy policy.
• ElevenLabs receives WisePal-authored story text and returns generated audio for the optional narrated-story feature. See ElevenLabs's privacy policy.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information into a feature that sends data to a provider.

The current public site does not include advertising cookies or marketing pixels in its code.

• Theme preference: The site stores your light or dark theme choice in localStorage on your device.
• Chat state: The visible chat conversation is held in browser memory while the page is open.
• Private-page access: Some access-controlled pages may set an HttpOnly, SameSite functional cookie so an authorized link can remain usable. The current access cookies expire after no more than 30 days.

You can clear localStorage and cookies through your browser settings. Clearing a functional access cookie may require you to use the authorized access link again.

• Contact submissions are retained as business email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
• Chat messages are not written to a WisePal application database. OpenRouter and Vercel may retain data under their own policies and service settings.
• Generated story audio may be held temporarily in a server instance's memory to avoid regenerating the same narration. It is not tied to a visitor profile.
• Vercel runtime and access logs are retained under applicable provider settings and operational needs.
• Theme storage and functional access cookies remain on your device until they expire or you clear them.

WisePal.ai does not currently provide a secure vulnerability-submission portal or a dedicated security-report storage system. The general contact form and AI chat are not approved channels for credentials, exploit code, active vulnerability details, customer data, or other sensitive security material.

You may use the general form for a high-level concern without sensitive detail. Submit sensitive security material only through a channel expressly identified in an applicable vulnerability-disclosure program, bug-bounty program, signed statement of work, or Rules of Engagement. Those separate instructions or agreements govern authorization, confidentiality, evidence handling, retention, and deletion for that work.

We share information only as reasonably needed to:

• Use the service providers described in this Policy.
• Respond to your request or perform an agreement with you.
• Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of WisePal, our users, or others.
• Comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request.
• Complete a business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not rent or trade personal information for third-party marketing.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, contact hamid@wisepal.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. You can also clear browser storage directly through your browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the site and the information it processes. The site is delivered over HTTPS, and private-page access controls use restricted cookies. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WisePal and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.

WisePal.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy and update the effective date on this page.
