Terms of Service

By accessing or using WisePal.ai and its website features (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are between you and RIZUHLT LLC d/b/a WisePal.ai, a Texas limited liability company (“WisePal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

WisePal.ai presents our company, work, and two professional-service practices:

• Product & AI Systems: Product strategy, workflow design, practical AI implementation, and software and operational systems.
• Security Research & Assurance: Authorized application and API assessments, attack-surface and source-code review, vulnerability validation, remediation guidance, remediation retesting, and coordinated-disclosure support.

The website may also offer optional AI chat and narrated audio features. Descriptions on this site are general information, not a promise that a particular service, result, or delivery method is available for every engagement.

Professional work begins only under a separately accepted proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement. That agreement may add or replace terms for the engagement and will control if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Visiting this site, contacting WisePal, or describing a security concern does not authorize testing of any system. Security research or testing must stay within one of the following:

• A published vulnerability-disclosure or bug-bounty program whose scope, rules, and safe harbor expressly cover the testing; or
• Written authorization and agreed Rules of Engagement identifying the systems, dates, methods, exclusions, stop conditions, and emergency contacts.

Authorized testers must remain within scope, minimize impact, stop if they encounter sensitive data or an uncertain boundary, and use the reporting channel specified by the applicable program or agreement. A paid assessment is also governed by its signed statement of work, confidentiality terms, data-handling requirements, and retest boundaries.

This website does not provide a secure vulnerability-submission portal. Do not send credentials, personal data, exploit code, active vulnerability details, or other sensitive security material through the general contact form or AI chat.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Service.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or deceptive content.
• Use automated extraction tools without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, discriminate, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate unlawful activity.

A written authorization, signed engagement agreement, or published program may permit specific conduct that would otherwise be restricted. Any such permission is limited to its stated scope and conditions.

The Service may include an AI chat assistant and text-to-speech playback. If you choose to use these features, you acknowledge:

• Outputs may be wrong: AI-generated responses can contain errors, omissions, or invented information and may not be complete or current.
• Human review is required: Do not use an AI response as the sole basis for a legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other consequential decision.
• Not Professional Advice: Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, security, or other licensed professional advice.
• Protect sensitive information: Do not enter secrets, credentials, personal data, confidential client information, or vulnerability details in the chat.

Except for third-party names and marks used solely for identification, all content, interfaces, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Service are owned by or licensed to RIZUHLT LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

General use of the public WisePal.ai website does not require an account. If you submit a contact form or request an engagement, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Products, private materials, or client work linked from this site may have separate terms, access rules, or agreements. You are responsible for protecting any access link or credentials provided to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIZUHLT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RIZUHLT LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
